This uses one of my photos of White Point Beach here in Nova Scotia as the background., along with Just Joohanna sea horses and sentiment stamps.













This one is a reaal simple one tht uses the Just Johanna Eiffel Tower stamped four times, and a JJ sentiment stamp.

Odds 'n' ends

These are just some odds 'n' ends I'd done earlier in the month, but forgotten to post. The first four are done with several stamps from Just Johanna, Sakura Glaze pens, Ancient Page inks, Martha Stewart border punch, Top Boss embossing powders, and Tulip® Glam-it-Up™ Iron on Crystals ™ and Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue®.







































































This one uses a Snowman stamp available at Scrappers' Haven.















This one uses a stamped image sent to me in a swap, paired with Inque Boutique flourishes.

Christmas Tags

Well, the holidays really snuck up on me this year. The only handmade cards completed were for my family. However, I did make several tags at least! These were created for a swap over at a friendly new site called Cococat's Cardmaking. They use Outlines and Anna Griffin stamps, Tulip® Glam-it-Up™ Iron on Crystals ™ affixed with Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue®, assorted embossing powders, and Sakura Glaze pens.

Two Peas Challenge Sketch

This is for December Sketch # 3 on the Two Peas Stamping Board.

I used the Just Johanna scroll stamp on Karen Foster patterned paper, JJ coffee cup stamp, "Just because" sentiment stamp (stamped on "Doodlebug Design" paper ribbon) and "I love you" flourish stamp, all put together with Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue®.

I tucked the coffee cup inside an Ellison die cut, and tied it with a length of beaded gold cord, then I added a couple of heart shaped peel-offs on the closures.

More playing...

All stamps are Just Johanna. All adhesive used is Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue®.

This one is coloured with Prismacolour Art Markers and Sakura Glaze pens, tree glued-and-glittered, die cut is an Ellison.

For my three year old grandson, coloured with Sakura Glaze pens.

Gift tag, coloured with Prismacolour Art markers and Sakura Glaze pens. Candy Cane Stickles.

Just for fun...used Sakura Glaze pens.

Christmas...are you ready?

Well, I have eight family members coming from Canadian points west and the UK next Friday. I have no Christmas baking or decorating done, no handmade Christmas cards mailed, and here I sit in my happy room, completely denying the reality of my immediate future. Oh well, denial as a defence mechanism is highly underrated. So here's how I'm playing!




Hand stitching, beading on pink pearlized cardstock, Just Johanna scallop and sentiment stamped on Bazill grey cardstock, holes punched out around the scallop. "Peace" coloured with Tombow marker. Scallop pop-dotted for dimension. Background pearlized paper is from the Paper House. As usual, my favourite crafting adhesive, Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue®, was used for almost everything here.

I'm enjoying combining "whimsical" with "elegant;" sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :)

JJ Flora Hugabundous heat embossed on pink bazzill, JJ border stqamp partially coloured with a white gel pen, sentiment stamp partially coloured with Prismacolour marker. I used lots of Tulip Fashion Bead Paint blobs here too.

This is a pop-up "spring" card. I used the Just Johanna Christmas pudding stamp, coloured, Stickled, and paper pieced in three layers, and the JJ "Be Merry" stamp.

This one uses the JJ cupcake, painted (with Twinkling H2O's) and Stickled, a couple of JJ paisley hearts, and a JJ sentiment.
