Decoupage with Aleene's® Paper Glaze™, seed beads in centres of roses, Tulip® 3-D Fashion Paint™ dotted around the edges, assembled with Aleene's® Original Tacky Glue® and pop dots. I did this one yesterday for yet another friend diagnosed with cancer.
