My Scrappers Haven design kit arrived today, and included this fabulous little Paper Inspirations delphinium stamp I've been coveting for so long! Delphiniums are one of my favourite summertime flowers, and I grow all colours in my gardens. The kit also contained this delicious pinkish-mauve cardstock (Fancy Pants Love Letters), the Hero Arts sentiment stamp, and some Bazzill scalloped edge cardstock. Lucky me! So I used it all! I stamped the delphinium on ochre vellum (Paper Inspirations) with Staz On, chalked the reverse with Anna Griffin chalks, mounted it on white cardstock, sentiment-stamped on the pink, added a ribbon and some bling, and here's the result.

Gosh, I LOVE being retired! (lol)

LOL, one of my all-time favorite poems is The Dormouse by A.A. Milne - he closes his little eyes and dreams of geraniums (red) and delphiniums (blue) - lovely card Deborah :)
