Wil painted a beautiful background for us to use in this week's Art Creations challenge. Since I'm still away from home visiting family, and away from all my stamping supplies, I'm challenging myself even further by trying my hand at digital play. "Have laptop will travel!" (lol) I wasn't able to join in the Art Creations challenge a couple of weeks ago, but i just loved this old Granny they gave us, so I used her this week too.

WOW! I love what you did with this, Deborah. She fits perfectly into this background, and I love your journal/notebook. Beautiful work!

thanks for this beautiful entry to ACF
This turned out wonderful! What a great expression to go with the image.
I was not a fan of the old woman picture until I saw your piece! She is a pretty depressing image but you have turned her into a true classic! And you say this is all digital? Amazing! I would have guessed it was a hybrid. Great job!!!
This is fantastic - I really must get my head around digital! So many terrific effects.
...and I'm so glad you did. This is a very special piece. Thanks for sharing.
This is fabulous - love the way you framed her.

This is beautiful! :)
Beautiful :-) love it.
Well, aren't you clever making artwork while away from home! This quotation is one of my favourite and suits the feel of this wonderful piece so beautifully.
Oh well done you!! This is fab! I loved the granny too... a right old sourpuss, isn't she? =)
I've enjoyed looking through all your gorgeous crafting. You asked on my blog about the embossed card I used - it was a card blank by Carol Wilson x
This is fabulous. That background is perfect for Granny. Love it.
