The current Dreamweaver challenge is to use Dreamweaver stencils however we want to! I combined a thank you stencil and black matte embossing paste with a hand beaded pattern on a thank you card to be sent to a musician friend. I hope you can take some time to visit the blogs of the other Dreamweaver designers too (you'll find direct links on the right). Some of these card makers use the most beautiful, advanced techniques with these stencils...you're sure to learn SO MUCH from them about the most wonderful ways to use your stencils!
The One Powerful Hour challenge is retro! Here's my retro juke box!
Today's Impression Obsession challenge is to create cards using the colour purple. Here are a couple of mine. I carried on the beading theme for the second card. Each card uses brand new stamps soon to be released at CHA! Don't forget, YOU can play along with the Impression Obsession challenge too! Just check out the details on Ms Shirley's blog right here. Be sure to look at the other designer's sneak peeks of the new stamps too; direct links to their blogs are also on the right.
The Cute Card Thursday challenge this week is a 1-2-3 recipe, so I used one Nestie die, two pearls, and three layers for my stamped image. The Theme Thursday challenge is love. This card represents my own love of gardening! The Papertake Weekly challenge is to use ribbons and/or pearls. The Simon Says challenge is really neat this week...it's a bingo challenge with a twist...check it! I used a flower, a gem, and a die cut on this card.
The Case Study challenge uses a circle in the middle of a card too! The Crazy Amigo challenge is good intentions. This card will be in the post to a friend tomorrow, along with a little gift, to cheer her up after a nasty fall.
Thanks so much for visiting today. I'll visit you too, if I have a link to your blog. I wish you a day of happiness and pleasure, doing whatever you love!
